Other Issues
Inappropriate or discriminatory content
Every experience is carefully reviewed by us.
It must meet the standards and requirements of our company.
Experiences must meet all the requirements specified by company policy and our principle of non-discrimination. Otherwise, they will not be published.
Experience holders wishing to lead an adventure with activities that may require specialised skills or certifications as part of the activities in question must confirm that they have the appropriate skills certification, current first aid and CPR training and/or access to medical services relevant to the activity they wish to lead.
For trips involving certain activities that may pose a high safety risk, we ask to see that hosts have licences and/or certificates for the activity where appropriate. We work with a third party vendor to check for licences and/or certificates relevant to the activity.

Legal IssueÂ
Intellectual property violations
We do not allow the use of copyrighted works such as music, video, photography or literature unless the work was created or is properly licensed by the host or is in the public domain. We also prohibit the unauthorised use of other types of intellectual property, such as trademarks (e.g. brand names) or individual names (e.g. celebrities) that suggest endorsement or association with the Experience.
It is the experience owner’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with local laws that may affect their Experience.
Â
Violation Of Local Laws Or Restrictions
Hosts are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and other requirements that apply to their Experience.
